{"id":140,"date":"2025-04-15T07:11:07","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T07:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppid.uinsaizu.ac.id\/?p=140"},"modified":"2025-04-15T07:12:31","modified_gmt":"2025-04-15T07:12:31","slug":"transformasi-pendidikan-tinggi-islam-pilar-sdm-unggul-menuju-indonesia-emas-2045","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ppid.uinsaizu.ac.id\/index.php\/2025\/04\/15\/transformasi-pendidikan-tinggi-islam-pilar-sdm-unggul-menuju-indonesia-emas-2045\/","title":{"rendered":"Transformasi Pendidikan Tinggi Islam, Pilar SDM Unggul Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategi Transformasi 20 Tahun ke Depan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJPN) 2025-2045, pembangunan dibagi ke dalam empat tahap besar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2025-2029: Penguatan fondasi transformasi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2030-2034: Akselerasi transformasi SDM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2035-2039: Ekspansi daya saing global<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2040-2045: Perwujudan visi Indonesia Emas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendidikan tinggi Islam diharapkan terus melakukan pembaruan kurikulum, memperkuat riset dan inovasi, serta memperluas jejaring global agar mampu mendukung transformasi ekonomi dan sosial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Membangun Manusia Indonesia Seutuhnya<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transformasi pendidikan tinggi Islam bukan hanya soal akademik, melainkan juga penguatan karakter, kebudayaan, dan spiritualitas. Dalam kerangka pembangunan manusia yang holistik, Bappenas mendorong agar pendidikan tinggi tak hanya melahirkan lulusan yang cakap kerja, tetapi juga mampu menjadi pelopor perubahan sosial berbasis nilai-nilai luhur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPembangunan SDM tidak boleh semata-mata mengejar pertumbuhan ekonomi. Ini tentang martabat, akhlak, budaya, dan peradaban bangsa. Di sinilah pendidikan tinggi Islam memainkan peran yang tak tergantikan,\u201d pungkas Amich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rektor UIN Saizu: Kehadiran Deputi Bappenas Bernilai Strategis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rektor UIN Saizu Purwokerto, Prof. Ridwan, menyambut hangat kehadiran Dr. Amich Alhumami dalam forum akademik tersebut. Menurutnya, kunjungan dan arahan dari Deputi Bappenas sangat penting dan strategis dalam mendorong transformasi institusi menuju universitas bertaraf global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKehadiran Pak Deputi penting dan strategis dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas SDM UIN Saizu menuju global university. Arahan beliau menavigasi arah pengembangan SDM agar sejalan dengan cita-cita mulia bangsa menuju Indonesia Emas 2045,\u201d ungkap Prof. Ridwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia juga menegaskan bahwa UIN Saizu berkomitmen mengakselerasi program-program peningkatan mutu pendidikan, penguatan riset, dan internasionalisasi perguruan tinggi Islam.
